Cannot access individual song menu. Go online to see menu.

I am in offline mode and when I select the 3 dots to bring up an individual song's menu (such as to play it next), it shows me a message saying to go online to see menu. I have never had this issue before. I am currently running Spotify version 6.5.0.1816 armV7. I use an moto x 2nd gen running Android version 5.1.

I am having the same issue. Same Spotify version 6.5.0.1816 armV7, phone is Galaxy Note 3 Android 5.0 with no available updates to be installed.

I think this only started happening since the last spotify version update. Im not sure though because I let Spotify update automatically.

I have sent an email to Spotify support.

update: after restarting my phone and going online, then offline again: it doesnt seem to be every song. It looks like its only affecting about 1/3 of my songs in several playlists.

I have been in contact with support and they gave me a test account to use.

After playing around in the test account and back in my account I think a reinstall will fix it. 

The menu functionality comes back after I go back online and choose the song menu while online. Then it stays working after I go back offline. Also if you download a new playlist the menu works. It will be a pain to click on the menu of every song.

You could probably just undownload all your playlists then redownload them. but thats probably more work than a straight reinstall.

I think something may have corrupted because I keep spotify offline all the time. Then something in the last update caused my menus to stop working. I asked if this can be raised as a bug.
