Cannot log into my account

Hi, I am currently having issues logging into my Spotify account. When I try to log in on the regular email link I get a message saying "you do not have a Spotify account connected to your Facebook account. If you have a Spotify account, please log in with your Spotify credentials. If you do not have a Spotify account, sign up." I have tried to reset my password but that hasn't done anything either. Please help!

Log in using your spotify username, not an email address. If you don't know your username, follow this link to see it. If it is a bunch of numbers, you should be using the facebook login instead.
