Cannot login in offline mode

Hi. 

I have a Problem sometimes with spotify. 

Once or twice a week it says wen i open it on my phone that i need internet connection to login. 

I am using spotify mostly in offline mode and this happened on my old phone HTC desire 626 and on my New phone Huawei p10 lite too.

The only solution i found is to delete the data under options-applications-select spotify and delete data. So i don't have to reinstall it just download every Song to offline mode. 

I really need a normal solution for it as i do not want to pay for something which i cannot use ...

Hi there. You need to log out from your old phone (HTC) and download the spotify again to your Huawei. And log in again to app. This way need to be work. Thank you.

Hi. 

Thanks, for your help. I logged out now from my HTC and also deleted the App. 

I deleted it also from my Huawei and installed it again. I will check it in the next days as this happens sporadically.
