Cannot login into account after cleaing storage

My Question or Issue

Actually by mistake i clicked on the clear cache option and the clear storage option and from that day i cannot login to the spotify client but other devices work fine with spotify,no issue.After i installed spotify lite i repeated the same thing and i was unable to login again the app would say: Username and Password are invalid.please help

Yes i did but it didnt work but when i tried to login with the username i did log me in but after loging out(ik it was stupid) i cleared the cache and storage to see if its a bug or something else and yup...i was unable to login with neither email or username.

I tried everything even talked with the support but nothing worked and in the FAQ which I read thoroughly,I didn't find what i expected.All of them..I have tried again and again nothing works.please see to it might be a bug

Clearing your storage shouldn't affect your log in credentials. We'd recommend that you try resetting your password again via this link here and try to log in again with your username and the new password.

On another note, could you please let us know if you've tried to log in on another device? Were you able to?
