Yesterday, I was presented with a login screen where you need to select your profile while trying to open the app on Google TV. It was a similarly experience like selecting a profile on Netflix. Clicking on my profile picture led to continuous loading cycle and it never loaded in my profile.
Since then I've tried reinstalling apps on both my phone and Chromecast, clearing out cache and other app data.
When trying to login through the QR on screen, my phone app does recognize that pairing has started, but quickly says the 6-digit connection code is faulty. This step keeps repeating. Connecting through the play menu also doesn't result in pairing. Please assist, unclear how to proceed.
