Cannot remove song from Android playlist that was taken off Spotify

Firstly, I NEVER hide unplayable tracks. You keep trying to change my settings to do that but I don't want that setting. I want to see what I have on my playlists.

Secondly, if I download something it should not suddenly become unavailable. The whole point of downloading is so you can play it offline.

Thirdly, when a track did become unavailable, it should let me remove it from my Android playlist.

I don't want Tall Juan on my playlist anymore. I don't  give a **** about Tall Juan. I'm never going to buy any of their music from itunes not put them on my playlists ever again or see them live. All they have done by their policy is p*ss people off and I don't care for artists who do that.

In any case, for you, why can't I delete this track from my playlist?
