Cannot view and play downloaded albums when offline

I use spotify premium for a long time. I download more albums that I can play daily but without the wifi or data connection, I cannot view and play the albums that I want. Can someone help me fix this?

Can you let us know what device, operating system, and Spotify version you’re rocking? Also, did this happen after a recent update?
