Cannot view new Playlists using Android Device after I've created Playlists with a desktop/laptop

Hello. I checked in the forums and Spotify mobile FAQs and apparently since the latest Spotify upgrade there is no longer the ability using an Android device to download entire Albums to a Playlist or as their own Playlist. Android users have to download and add songs one at a time to a Playlist. Certainly hope this feature is added back in soon.
*My issue is more severe than this, I cannot see/view/access any Playlist I create when using my Android mobile device, whether it is created using the Android or whether the Playlist is created using Spotify on a desktop/laptop.
**What is even worse: When using a desktop/laptop I am able to download and add entire Albums to a Playlist and view these in my Playlists…but only when using the Spotify application on a desktop/laptop. When using my Android mobile device I cannot see/view/access any Playlists I have created since the Spotify upgrade–whether or not I download songs/albums and add to a Playlist using my Android device or a desktop/laptop.
Perhaps there's a work-around to my specific problem? Below are my device/system details. I have Spotify Premium.
Thank you for your help!!
