Cant create new playlists

I cant create new playlists, i go to playlists and click on "new playlist" then i name it and when i click on "create" nothing happens, i cant even rename an old playlist.

Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Android 6.0.1 touch wiz or Nova

I have reinstalld Spotify, cleaned data and restarted the phone
