Cant log in and go online on samsung s6

So when i am at home and i enter my spotify info, it says logging in forever and it doesnt connect after a long time. When i am somewhere else with wifi, it connects after a long time. When i am logged on, it tells me that i am offline even though i can listen to my music (free version) but i cant browse anything. I have tried to reinstall tons of times and clear data.

Which version of the Spotify app are you using? Does it work OK on mobile network?

I am using 3.7.0.833 and I dont get what you mean by mobile network

I mean your cellular data that you use to access the internet when you are not connected to WiFi

Can you try another clean install but using the troubleshooting guide linked in my signature?
