Cant login anymore

Hi all,

I got a bit of a weird problem. I logged out on my phone and can't get back because the password is incorrect. But I still can play my premium account on my playstation, now I want to make a new password but it says that I need to login with my Facebook, which I never gave permission. And when I do so I get another account of me, with no premium or playlists. Can someone relate to this? Thanks in advance

When you signed up for Spotify did you create your own Spotify username? Or did you sign up through Facebook?

If you created it through Spotify please sign in with your username (not your email) and the new password you created.

If you created it through Facebook you can reset your details at Facebook.com.

If you're still having log in issues, just let us know.
