Why does app keep saying I'm off line when i am connected wifi. I posted this on wifi

I have an lg optimus pro G in this phone is crazy it has 25 gigs of internal memory. Have a 16 gig memory card, but I can't for the life of me use more than 10 gigs only use 6 gigs for all my music the problem is I guess I need a bigger SD card
