Cant search artist/song while on data

My Question or Issue

 Had this issue for awhile but never really cared about it. I noticed that when I'm on data, it doesn't allow me to perform a search. It sas I'm offline.  

It works fine while on wifi, but not on data. I checked my data setting and it allows spotify usage.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still having issue.

Hope you're doing great!

Sorry to hear that reinstalling the app didn't help. Could you try removing your registered offline devices here?

Also, does this happen with your data everywhere or in just one location?

when I go to the link that you provided, it says "You don't have any offline devices".

It happens everywhere.

Sorry if that didn't work. Could you please send me a screenshot of what's going on when you search for the artist? You can do this by clicking "Choose Files" under your reply and send over the screenshot. Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
