Changing the sort order of Playlists on Android app

 I saw that there was an older thread talking about this missing feature in depth but it got derailed by a non-solution which only addressed changing the sort order of songs inside a playlist, not the sort order of playlists under "Playlists".

Not being able to sort playlists is a problem with Android Auto because a driving safety feature (which I agree with) only lets you scroll down about 12(?) selections before it cuts you off.  The only option to play a playlist after the cutoff is to pull over and stop the car.  What this means in practice is that you're stuck with the same 12 playlists while driving with no control over which 12 those are.
