My Question or Issue

When the bug manifests, whatever I try to play, the phone plays the same wrong track - "Do it again - Remastered 2001 by The Beach Boys from the Album 20/20 (Remastered)". This is temporarily 'cured' by restarting the phone. The issue has followed me when I moved from one phone to the other and did a complete clean install. It's only on my phone and doesn't occur in Windows or Linux.

Worse I hate this track but it's now cropped up in my "On Repeat" playlist rendering this playlist useless, as I don't want to play the track ever again in the hope it drops off the playlist in time. This is compounded because there's no way of telling Spotify I never want to hear this track - there's no 'Dislike' button available or way of removing this track from the playlist. It's causing me a great deal of distress and frustration.
