Daily Mixes haven't changed in a month

My Question or Issue

I've run into this very weird issue with Spotify on my phone. My Daily Mixes haven't changed at all in the last 2 months or so. The songs, their order, nothing changes. Those 6 mixes just stay the same. I've tried logging out & then back in, clearing cache, uninstalling & reinstalling the app.

On desktop, everything works fine. I've talked to SpotifyCares on Twitter, and they went through some basic troubleshooting, and when nothing worked, they moved me to a new account. That helped temporarily, but within 3-4 days, I ran into the same issue. I talked to SpotifyCares again, but I haven't received any help.

I've lost my mind over this, to the point where I'm considering moving to another streaming service, and I would really appreciate some help.
