Deleting my payment

I cannot log back into my account as it says I'm logging in from a different country (I downloaded it abroad)
I've tried everything and now gave up.
I want to delete my payments, I've rang my bank and they've told me spotifer has to stop they payment... how do I stop it?

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
