My Question or Issue

Hello,  

I have a weird problem which probably isn't a Spotify issue but maybe someone else had the same problem. I recently bought an Marantz stereo which supports Spotify connect. I can manage the device via the Heos app en connect to Spotify on my Galaxy S7 phone with Android 8. My wife has a phone with Android 9 and my son a phone with Android 10. Both can't see the device and can't connect with Spotify. The device does not appear in their devices list. So i think it's a thing related to Android. Can someone help me?
