Display size on Android tablet?

Is there a way to get the app to use the entire screen for display as opposed to phone size? I'm using Lenovo Yoga.

Yeah, I figured more people would be commenting if it were a universal problem.   It is the yoga A12 2 in 1 Android.   12.2 inch display. Android 6.0.1 marshmallow.  Spotify app version 8.4.23.784x86.
