Download songs have to be re downloaded almost weekly.

Hi, Can you please tell me if its normal that my downloaded playlists have to be re-downloaded almost weekly. I have them downloaded on my tablet and have been in the country only to find I must connect to the internet and download the songs again. Can someone please advise me. Thanks

Also check you don't have any cache or task cleaning apps such as Clean Master installed. These see your offline files as cache and will remove them automatically... hence causing you the hassle of re-downloading.

That's not normal. Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

If tracks or playlists aren't fully syncing, check:

  • The device is not in sleep mode.
  • There is enough free space to sync the songs (we recommend 1GB or more).
  • The device has an active Internet connection.
  • You haven't reached the limit of 3,333 songs per device.

Hi Daniel,  Thanks heaps for your advise, I didn't think it was normal. Hopefully signing out then back in will fix the problem. I really don't want to loose my playlists.  Many thanks Woman Happy
