Downloading songs to offline list not possible

There is always a notification that says I do not have enough space even if I delete almost my entire library.. I habe a stable wifi connection, enough space on both, my phone and my sd card and my phone is the only device I am using spotify on.. pls help

First of all a dumb question but do you have premium?

If yes you can try to restart the spotify app sometimes it helps the problem 🙂 

if those dosnt work just write then ill look the knowledge base through 🙂

Sorry for the late answer.

Yes I do have the premium Version.

I reinstalled the app on my smartphone and now everythings works normal.

Yeah a good part of the times a restart or reinstall works 🙂
