Downloads gone HELP

At home i downloaded a bunch of songs to play offline during my holliday. A out 15gb, all had green arrows beside them. Tonight ik tried to play them offline but a lot them were not available. After turning my phone (moto g5 plus) off and on all downloads read green arrows are gone. I have no WiFi here so i cant download them again. Whats happend? And what can i do to avoid it from happening again?

We'd like to gather some more info. Can you let us know if this started happening after a specific update or event? Also, can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

Just to check, are you using any cache clearing apps?
