Every Saved Playlist Personalised & Spotify Playlists Have Songs Not Playing Back Suddenly

Hi everyone..I've been a Spotify Premium subscriber for nearly 3 years & Im currently listening to Spotify on an LG Android Smartphone/Device. The problem Im having is today I did an uninstall on my Spotify app & reinstalled it. Since doing so Ive noticed that suddenly each and almost everyone of my couple hundred playlists are missing anywhere between 2 to 5 tracks each..this is really upsetting me because ive gone to great lengths saving important songs & maintaining these playlists...ive done yet another reinstall and the same issue exists...any help would be greatly appreciated
