Field issues with Spotify Kenwood app

Hi.
First of all sorry for my bad english.
I have a Kenwood DNX-8170DABS unit I'm using with integrated Spotify app.
With the latest Android app updates, if I select a playlist or an album from unit menu, Spotify says I'm playing "spotify" on the notification bar and the playing field on unit is empty, the playlist or album selected in app is green. No issues if I select a playlist or an album from the smartphone, Spotify says I'm playing the playlist or the album I've selected on navigation bar and on the playing field on the unit, the playlist or album selected in app is green.
After leaving my car (and the headunit reconnects) my choice (playlist for example) restarts from the beginning.
Same issue using Android Auto, standalone app or AA headunit.
The issue isn't present using an Android app version up to 8.4.22.857
Please fix this.
