Fondu enchaîné ne se désactive pas

Bonjour,

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article? This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If you've already tried that and the issue persists, check if the options "Automix" and "Gapless" are turned on in your app settings as they can change the silence between tracks. If so, turn them off, restart the app and try again.

Lastly, to make sure this is not device-related, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

We'll be on the lookout.
