Free spotify with purchase of new phone

Hello, i started a premium account about a year ago and have built up quite a collection of music. My phone just died a month and a half ago and i had to purchase another one. My new phone contract came with 6 months free spotify, but for some reason it keeps asking me for the monthly payment. Can you help me with this ?"

You need to take this up with your mobile service provider as they administer your spotify account.
