Full connection to the internet but still shows offline mode

Ive tried restarting my phone (samsung), logging out of spotify, checked if my phone was in offline mode (it isnt), uninstalling spotify and re-installing it but its still the same.
I have full internet connection and i havent changed my facebook password yet i cant play any songs nor can i download them any and all help will be appreciate
