Galaxy S9: Download Progress missing

I have a brand new Galaxy S9. I have re-installed the Spotify App and downloaded offline playlists, however, the progress bar for the downloads is completely missing. When I open up the app, I have no idea if its downloading or not. The only way to check is to go into a playlist and see if the song icons are turning from grey to green.

I have checked that the Spotify app has all Permissions, and that all Notification are turned on. I've also checked that it is not being optimized. How do I get download progress back?
