Gapless playback and smooth transition between tracks (but still using gapless)

This feature clearly does not work properly on Spotify, I get so many times shi... transitions between track, I haven't activated the crossfade option because i don't like it. There's clearly something not properly implemented here

This is an issue on iOS as well. I've looked for an area to submit a ticket, but it does not appear to have one. I'll try my best to contact someone through the chat feature, and if I hear anything, I'll post it back here.
