Ghost playlist folder(?)

In my android app, i keep seeing 2 playlist folders that i cant remove. And they doesn't exist in pc app because i removed them a long time ago...

I'm experiencing the same thing. There is an empty playlist folder on my android device that I can't delete, and it does not exist in the Spotify app. Can you help out?
