seitdem kann meine Duo Partnerin nicht mehr auf spotify zugreifen.
Meine Stieftochter kann ich bei Familiy nicht anmelden.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome aboard! Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Can your partner and stepdaughter no longer login or are you trying to invite one or the other to the Duo plan and that isn't working? In either case, please explain what exactly you tried to do and what happened and send us some screenshots of the behaviour, we'll happily take a look for you.
