Having trouble logging into new samsung galaxy s23

Hi, I just got a new phone and am unable to log into my account through the Spotify app.
I have tried to log in using my credentials and with my Google account, none of them were successful. I keep getting "something went wrong, try again/ dismiss " pop up. I am able to log in using my desktop with the same credentials. I have tried deleting the reinstalling the app but that didn't help.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

 

Can you try using a different network when logging in on your phone? It's also worth checking if the Samsung pass is not changing the details you enter when trying to log in.

 

Another thing would be to try using the email and password connected to the account instead of the Google log in. If you are able to log in on desktop you can check those here.
