"I have used spotifi for like 2 or 3 years now. I am having a problem I move my account to another phone and it's asking if I want to premium, I already was. I just moved it to another phone it won't let me do anything unless I go premium again. So I will be charged 20 dollars now if I do that.

Do I need just restart all over with everything????

As long as you use the correct credentials to log in, you should still have a premium account.Check the premium receipt email which shows the user name you should be using. If it is a 10 digit number, you need to use the "log in with facebook" option.

All this assumes you pay a subscription direct to spotify. If your subscription is part of a package from your mobile service provider, you should contact them.
