Spotify downloaded music has disappeared from One Plus 3

I have downloaded around 20 albums recently for offline listening. However one day last week all of them just disappeared. Anyone know why this has happened or how to avoid this happening in the future? It's very frustrating experience to have to go through that download process all over again.

I' ve also had this twice now, with Oneplus One. Playlists have stayed downloaded but not the saved albums. I hope they have increased the download limit because I really don't want to hand-pick the albums from saved music again.
