My daughter and I use spotify premium on our phones, I crushed my phone now I logged in on my new phone and it's like I don't have the premium and my playlists are gone

You logged in with different credentials and created a new empty account. Check out these troubleshooting steps. Alternatively take a look at your original email receipt from Spotify which will show your user name. If the user name is a 10 digit number, you should use the option to log in with facebook.
