Can someone offer me some advice, I pay for Premium but now my HTC has dropped all my playlists and my account is telling me I don't currently have a device connected.

 

Can't seem to get any sense from Spotify itself so wondered if anyone on here can shed some light as to what may have happened and how to rectify it as I'm getting bored now running with no music

Hi traceycorroll- I've just had a look at your 'tracycorroll' account and everything is fine from our end. 

 

I recommend logging out and loggin back in using your 'tracycorroll' username. This will guarantee you're directed to your Premium account. 

 

Let us know exactly what error messages appear if you give that another try. It's also worth trying a clean reinstallation with our latest Android Preview version: http://www.spotify.com/blog/archives/2012/04/19/new-android-preview/
