Hey Google will not play custom playlist as Premium member

My Question or Issue

I am using OnePlus 6 and trying to use Google Assistant to play my own custom playlists. I've looked at forums and help sites and tried every way possible to get Google to play my personal playlists. However Spotify will only ever play public playlists. 

How do I get Spotify to actually play my custom playlist??

I got the reversal issue, I am unable to play Spotify AI Generated play list like 'Daily Mix 1' etc but can play other request fine, like best of the 80s, best Rock or my playlists.
Issue also happens on Amazon Alexa devices but is fine on Apple?

I have removed Spotify off phone including data - same issue after reinstalling & rebooting phone.
