 How can i find my own profile and my friend's profile who i following on Android?

Hey @ALPWELL, welcome to the Community!

You can find friends by looking up their display name in the search bar. You can also have them send you the link to their profile.

To get the link to someone's profile in the desktop app, click the 3 dots under their display name > Copy Profile Link.
