How do I stop Autoplay every time I start my car?

I've turned off all the Playback > Autoplay stuff, as well as disabled the Background Connect. It still keeps playing every time I start my car. It's very annoying! Even if the app is closed, it will automatically open and start playing.

I only want it to resume playing when I start my car if I turned off the car while playing. That's it. I NEVER want it to start itself.

I gave up and cancelled Premium and uninstalled the app. Pandora behaves much better.
