Playback error

Hello.

Since about 2 months there is an issue with Spotify for android, because the playback frequently sounds scratched (like a broken record). This issue happens with wifi or mobile data on Redmi Note 10 S with Android 12.

Has the app worked on that device before?

If not, we'd advise checking if Spotify is included in any of your battery optimization settings / apps.
