How to create a playlist shortcut after July 18 2018 update

Issue

I always listen to my playlists while taking a shower, having breakfast or simply drawing. And I constantly create new playlists that keep up with my music taste, so I would also create shortcuts for every single playlist I made to avoid the slow start of the app. But that was some time ago and with these new updates it's hard to find many of the past features I utilized the most, so I'd like to know..
Where can I find the "Add to Home" feature in any of my playlists with this new update? Is there any other way to create a shortcut to any of my new Spotify playlists?

On the Android Spotify app, just follow these steps to add a playlist shortcut to your home screen:

1. Tap   on the playlist you'd like to add to your home screen.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Add to Home Screen.

Yeah thanks but that's exactly the option that doesn't appear anymore on my app after its big update and I've looked for it almost everywhere (figuratively speaking).
