How to put the egg in the bird nest to open my Spotify Playlist in a Bottle

I'm trying to open my Spotify Playlist in a Bottle. I have the bird nest. I've tried all day and night trying to put the egg in the nest, to no avail.

i managed it by using two fingers to rapidly swipe upwards on the egg near the top of the screen, my best guess for the cause is that in order for the throw to be registered the egg has to be at least some distance from the bottom of the screen, but that distance is not adjusted for screen size and is therefore much harder to achieve on smaller phones

I’m having EXACTLY the same problem. The egg simply cannot be thrown into or knock the nest as it currently stands. You’d think your team of developers would have tested this out before launching! Between this and the abysmal Wrapped 2024, things are not looking good for Spotify.

Many people are having this issue and your answer hasn’t solved it yet. The game simply doesn’t work. And it is now after the date you had specified it would work.  The developers really should have tested thoroughly before release.

what bothers me more is that i can't even find my playlist without playing the game. i'm trying not to get pressed about this because it's dumb but damn it's getting frustrating **bleep**

I had this exact problem. It worked swiping upwards with 2-3 fingers at the same time really fast, repeatedly and aggresively until the egg goes off the screen and falls into the nest. You have to try many times really fast and aggresively, but it'll eventually fall into the nest and finally see the songs you picked for each theme.

I can open it perfectly fine but when it comes to the "mini game" part and it says toss an egg in the nest and i tried many times i moved it all around dropped it from everywhere its not working and i am unsure of what to do. I tried opening the webdite and the app but its still the same..

I am experiencing this exact issue as well. No matter how I flick the screen, no matter where I move the egg to, nothing happens.

I don't know why, but I can't open my future playlist. I chose the nest to keep "my future songs", but in the animation, it asks to throw an egg into the nest, and I did it several times and it doesn't work!! Help meee, idk if I doing it wrong.

I have the same problem but I just searched on spotify the playlist's name and I found it.

hi, I managed to solve this problem by swiping rapidly with two fingers towards the top of the screen. What solved the problem was swiping fast enough and keeping the finger on the screen until the top. Hope this helps.

I typically listen to Spotify on my laptop. So, when I got my email for my 2024 "Playlist in a Bottle," I clicked on the link to open it. But when I do, it just says, "Open this link on a mobile device or scan QR code!" Why can't I just view it on the website, web player, or desktop app? Can't there be a way to put it on any desktop option?
