I accidentally created a playlist with emoji and now the app won't start.

I created a new playlist with emoji in the title. Now the app won't start and it keeps crashing. How should I fix  this?

Hmmm. thats weird that it wont start because of that. Can you login on your computer and delete the emoji? or have you tried a clean install?

Hi Thanks for the answer! I do not have access to my desktop/laptop now. I will test it out later.

If you can't get it deleted, don't panic! If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be more than happy to remove it for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
