I can log in to Spotify through my MacBook air but I can't log in through my android phone. Pls help

All these days I was able to use Spotify through my android phone but all of a sudden it does not allow me to log in as it says "incorrect password or username." However, when I use the same password and username for my Mac and it logs in. Please help.

Just to be sure, did you create your account through Facebook? If so, you'll need to log in via FB or use the alphanumerical username and your password. You can find that username here.

If you're still having issues after that, let us know.
