I can't access my music from my new android phone

I can't access my music from my new android phone

I have downloaded, deleted, and downloaded again spotify for my first ever android phone, and while it can play music, I can't get the app to play my music, in either my playslists or my songs. I don't know what to do, please advise.

Be sure to use your spotify username/password to login, instead of an email address. That should give you access to your account.

I can't login without using facebook. I don't remember my spotify password, and everytime I try to recover my password, I get this message: 

Password reset, it looks like you are using your facebook credentials to log in to spotify. To change your facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com

 

What does this all mean, and what do I do to log in without using facebook?

It means you created your Spotify account using Facebook.

 

You can login directly to the app using your Facebook email (the one that gets all your fb notifications) as username and your Facebook password.

I tried to something and I get this message:

Password Reset

It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com.

 

 

Now I've done that, an I still can't log in to spotify on my phone without using the "Log in with Facebook' link.

By Fb email I mean the email address you use to login to Facebook.

I've tried that email adress so many times I've lost count. I signed into my amazon prime account with zero problems, so I don't get this at all. I hope I can solve this my august, when I go n a big trip.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
