I can't download my music in two devices.

I can't download my music in two devices.

Hi, I have a problem. I can't download music from my library on two devices. For example, my main device has offline mode and can download the music, but the second device cannot download if the first device has the music. If I delete the music from the first one, I can download it on the second one, but not on the first one. I have changed the password and logged out with the option in the settings to log out on any other device that has my account, but it still won't download yet and I have had this problem for a week now.

Hey @DuqueStat, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵

It looks like you have hit your max devices limit where you can save content offline. To fix this, simply head over to your account overview page. Then scroll down and click sign out everywhere.

To know more about the limits and the feature, check out Listen Offline.

If that doesn't help, please share a screenshot of any error message that you see when you try to download, and it doesn't work. A screen recording is even better.

Keep me posted. 🙂
