I can't find my account overview

I can't find my account overview

I want to switch to a Duo plan, but the web site keeps telling me to do it via app, and in the app, it doesn't show anything other than the fact that I have a Premium plan.

You should be able to change your Premium plan on this page.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.


You should be able to change your Premium plan on your Account page, as @kaworu_bloodpaw mentioned.

However, if you don't see the button to change plans under the Your plan section, this means your plan is associated with a partner. To switch, you first need to cancel the plan you've paid for. You can find their contact link on your account page under Payment.


Keep in mind that once you've canceled your subscription, you'll need to wait until the time you've paid for expires so you can choose a different plan. You can read more about how to change plans in this article.
