I can't follow artists anymore

I used to be able to follow artist but now i cant. I can follow people i know connected on Facebook but when i go to follow artists it will show "followed" but then i go back to "your music" then to "artist" and i see the same artist that i just had followed not followed. Please help i like to support the artist and get notified by them of new music of thiers.

Can you try logging out and back into the app and see if they are now showing?

I now tried that but it is still the same as soon as a follow the artist and go back to my list of artists it doesn't say following so i logged out and went back and tried following again then logged out again and went back and its still not followed

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
