I can't login

I can't login

Yesterday, I deleted Spotify and reinstalled it, but when I tried to log in with my account, I could not log in to my account because the application was freezing (attached pictures

). I downloaded the app again, cleared the data, and tried to log in with another account, but it did not work. Is this a general problem, how do I solve it?

Do you mean that the app hangs and stops responding when you try to log in? Besides the clean reinstall you already tried, consider checking the following too:

  • Does the login work in the browser on the same device? Try different browsers and/or an incognito window.
  • Does it work on different devices?
  • If you use any kind of VPN, disable it as it may be blocking the login from going through.
