I can't play a specific songs

I can't play a specific songs neither on my phone nor on my pc even though i have spotify premium. 

I found too many songs lately, that cant play on my account. I knew those two that i attached are on spotify, friend send them to me. Dont tell me it's from my country, i asked another friend to play them both in front of me and it works, even he dont have any subscription.

Have you tried playing it in the Spotify desktop app?

I would suggest you to clean reinstall the Spotify app in your phone and check if the issue is still there.
